Subject: Day.3 = early morning workouts, did......

upper body weights (35min) and Cardio (bike= 14k). Tonite is karate. I am actually liking this whole early morning workout. I tried to move my workout's to early morning before and it never worked. I just couldn't drag my butt out of bed at 5 am. Now I realize what the problem was... as sick as it sounds 5am wasn't early enough! It sounds crazy but it's true. My DH is working early morning shifts this month. He has to be up at 3:30am. I am working early for 2 weeks - start work @ 5:30. I decided to just get up at 3:30 with DH and get the workout's out of the way before I had to start work. Oddly enough it feels GREAT. I'm not tired. I don't have to drag myself out of bed. The alarm goes off and just get up. I think I have found that magic morning time that really works for me. I suppose on days that I don't have to work - HA! like I ever have any of those! - I could even go back to bed for awhile after I workout. I'm gonna keep up this timing for the rest of the month and see how I feel after doing it for 3-4 weeks. I think I might have finally found that perfect workout schedule I have been searching for months for!.
