There are a few products. Tofutitti makes the best and on a scale from 1 to 10 it is probably a 3, everything else Iíve had has been a zero.

On the other hand, someone posted a recipe for cheesy rice and broccoli using nutritional yeast that tasted great. Iíve also mixed tofu and nutritional yeast for Italian dishes like lasagna that have been very good.

I love to cook and I love to eat. The hardest thing for me to do without has been cheese, fish and eggs in that order. Eggs because there is no substitute for texture in baked desserts.
