I'm a vegetarian trying to go vegan and I wanted to find an alternitive to cheese because it is a really unique food. So I went looking for cookbooks and I found a book filled with delicious cheese alternatives the Fettucine Alfonso (Vegan Fettucine Alfredo) is one of my favorites recipes that I've tried so far. The Book is:

"The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook"
by Joanne Stepaniak

The book includes sauces, Spreads, Dips,
Block uncheeses, desserts, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Salads, Soups, Chowders, Fondues and more. All Recipes are Vegan. Each recipe has a little box in the corner of the page that says wether the recipe is free of different allergy causing ingrediants such as soy, gluten, and yeast.
