If you're eating a well-balance plant based diet with lots of veggies and fruits, many of them raw, beans & other legumes, whole grains, supplementing with B-12, you shouldn't be missing anything. Make sure you get vitamin D in the winter months (if you live in a northern climate) by supplementation.

If you want orangier skin, you could always drink loads of carrot juice!!
