My kids are grown but I still find myself in the same situation. I am a vegetarian/vegan
while my husband is an omnivour. If I am cooking for mixed diners (son 1 and hubby=meat-
eaters, son 2 and myself =vegetarian), usually, I make an abundance of vegie sides plus a
tossed salad and bread; my husband will do meat on the outdoor grill. This has worked
most of the time. My husband is eating more meatless meals at home (he eats lunches out at
work of whatever). I have also made 2 of the same thing (ie lasagne), one with meat/cheese
and one without. Ultimately I want a peaceful meal and time with my family, so far so good.
