Hey Eric! Even though i'm glad to hear you are going veg (i've been for 10 years) i will say that if weightloss is your main goal it might take more than just cutting out meat. when i became vegetarian i didn't loose any weight, and now that i'm vegan i only see a small difference. i think if optimum health is your main goal, not just weightloss, you will see a difference in how you look and feel. this would mean cutting back on those damaging habits like drinking too much or not exercising. you will probably loose a little weight if you monitor your saturated fat intake though- but sometimes lacto ovo vegetarians end up consuming twice as much dairy and egg products as they would if they had been eating meat (i know, i was one of them). this is getting long so one more thing- trimspa is not the answer- even for quick weightloss- especially if you drink and don't exercise- i have friends who swear by it but still complain they aren't loosing weight. personally i don't think any weight loss supplement is totally "safe". hope this helps- we've all been there!
