Check out New Veggies, lots and lots of ideas there and lots of support. My daughter loves lots of veg foods. She loves:

Hummus with celery

Crock cheeze with celery (she once got up in the middle of the night to polish off an entire recipe of crock cheeze) -- from Vegan Vittles by Joanne Stepaniak

Melty pizza cheese we use it on quesadillas, pizza (bryanna's recipe)

She likes Quorn "chicken nuggets," they're not vegan (egg whites) but they work really well for her little omni friends

Gardenburger Riblets

Yves The Good Dog -- she likes them right out of the package

Avocados, artichokes, all fruit, she eats lots of fruit

Bryanna's high fiber high protein waffles (made with garbanzo beans), she eats them EVERY morning, she loves them (you can get recipe from New Veggies)

My daughter also loves steamed cauliflower and asparagus, OK she's a bit different than other kids, but I really think giving her this kind of food since she was a baby has had an effect

Good luck, it is a really exciting journey, get some good cookbooks, keep experimenting for recipes you love!!
