Ingredients:
• 3 large spotty/ripe bananas
• 2.5 cups oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
• 1 full lemon juiced
• 2 tbs maple syrup
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 3 teaspoons of baking soda
• Raw oats
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Peal and mash bannas in a bowl.
• Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
• Add your mix to a silicon muffin baking tray and sprinkle raw oats on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
• (Note this recipe makes 12 muffins and makes your a perfect pick me up snack.)
