How I Bought Coronavirus Tests

With the difficulty of obtaining coronavirus tests, a friend told me about a blood test from a private lab, and I've ordered some.

I'm sharing where to go if you want to check it out.

This is not a paid promotion or advertisement, but a video reviewing some of the precautions our family is taking in these uncertain, uncharted waters we all find ourselves.

This test is not FDA-approved, and it has limitations. While the lab states it has clinical accuracy at or above 90%, and specificity at 100%, all positive results are deemed "presumptive" and follow-up testing is needed prior to official diagnosis, as the FDA has not yet evaluated these claims.

So today's video talks about our buying some of these tests, just to have on hand, and what measures Sabrina, our family and I are taking in order to product our moms, both in their 90s, from being exposed to Coronavirus. Sabrina's mom lives with us, and my mom is nearby, and essentially we are taking social distancing very seriously.
