Dr McDougall on Coronavirus

Dr. John McDougall and his wife, Mary, recently made two videos sharing their strategy for avoiding COVID-19.

In the first, Dr. McDougall speaks candidly about the current pandemic, from the history of viruses to what measures you can take to be safe.

In the second video, Dr. McDougall's wife, Mary, provides practical information with tips on meal planning, how to stock your pantry, and the best places to purchase these items. She also demonstrates certain safety measures she recommends you take.

Highly recommended.

Some are suggesting the optimal fat intake is 30%, so long as it's "healthy" plant-fats.

Today we look at some of the research these doctors cite to back up their recommendations.

This is PART ONE in a TWO PART series on research showing healthy plant-fats consumed above a certain level are shown to promote heart disease - and cancer.
