2 tsps oil
1 package tempeh, crumbled into burger-size bits
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
In a heavy pan, heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat.
Add onion, and saute` until soft.
Add remaining oil and crumbled tempeh, and stir-fry until tempeh is browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Put toasted buns on plates, and top with tempeh mixture.
