Subject: Experimenting with Amazing Mac 'n Cheese Sauce

So last night I brought my UU cookbook to work and made up a shepherd's
pie using the Amazing Mac 'n Cheese Sauce recipe for the clients. I
put instant mash potatoes in the bottom of a casserole, then a layer of
(heated) Morning Star vegie crumbles (sausage flavor), then a layer of
frozen (cooked) mixed vegies, then the cheese sauce recipe. It was a
hit, and quite tasty! They couldn't stop raving between bites, hehe. I
was glad to find a cheese sauce I can use that has ingredients from the
regular store (well, except for the yeast. I did bring that from
home).
