Could anyone talk about the menstrual period on a raw diet
more specifically on the 801010 diet?

I've been on a fully raw-811 diet since 3 nonths and i still
didn't got my period. It seems as if it wouldn't come anymore
like desappeared. I assume this change in my body as not bad
at all because i actually feel amazing on all levels.

I heard from some women in fully raw diets, but more
specically in frutarian diets that experienced this and many
of them don't get their period anymore.

There are some theories that say that the blood period are
toxins that the body expells and it is an extra source (that
only we women have). When your body reach a level of
cleanliness you dont need this extra source, there are not too
may toxins to eliminate and you have enough with the kidnays
and bowels.

Because there are so many toxins in the bloodstream, we expell
some blood and we clean our system. It is corious that in some
indigenous cultures, women menstruate just a little bit and
their periods are 1 or 2 days. In our society instead women
got abundant periods that extend even a week with very
disturbing symptoms.

I would like to know experiencies from other women in this
path, if it happended to you that your period didn't return
anymore. I haven't heard the opinion from dr. Graham in this
topic, i would like to know too.

Thank you for your replies!
