Subject:         too high blood sugar after sweet fruits...

Hi))) Iím on high fruit, low fat lifestyle, and but I checked my blood sugar
and itís 238 in 1 hour after I ate about 1 kilo of super-sweet
persimmons. itís too high.. and should be less than 160. In 2 hours after
I ate persimmons my blood sugar was 173 and itís still too high and
should be less than 120. I never had diabetes and I just worry if itís
normal for fruit eaters or my pancreas doesnít produce enough insulin,
maybe just Ďtiredí of something like that. I tested my insulin level and itís
low (at the morning before meal, but glucose is normal before meal).
PLEASE help me to understand if itís normal or not. Even if I have high
glucose in my blood after huge fruit meals, I feel really awesome. Really
the best in my life! I ask you about that, because I want to stay on this
lifestyle for life, because thatís the only way I feel REALLY GOOD, have
a lot of energy, happy without reason, stay lean and can eat as much as
I want. When I ate fats or dairy or animal products in the past, I felt
terrible.. and low fat vegan in the only way I feel incredibly good. But the
only thing I worry about is low insulin (when I tested it on an empty
stomach) and too high glucose in blood after huge sweet-fruit meals. I
just worry it can lead to diabetes someday.. but I have information that
itís impossible to become diabetes if you donít eat more than 5-10% of
