hello alicia,
would you recommend eating the brown parts of an
avocado? why/why not?
and also,
what very easy simple way(s) would you combine it so
as to make it a sauce?
thanks

Depends how many calories you eat and if you are
eating other overts. I wouldnt be too strict with
numbers. If you’re not eating other fats anywhere
from one quarter and up to one and a half is still
probly low fat. I would try different amounts and
see how you feel while staying in a reasonable
range.

Avo and orange make a great sauce, as do avo and
tomato.
There should not be any brown parts on an avocado.
If there are, don’t eat them.

it appears she is ‘more selective’ in deciding which
she wants to ignore and which she wants to address
more than she is is not here as this particular
forum subject post of mine was here before forum
subject post named ‘deydrator’ started by eve on
dec. 5 was here inwhich she replied to and it wasn’t
even addressed to her nor in her special section, so
she obviously outright ignored it so don’t call me
not patient and jumping to conclusions here. lets
call it what it really is which is downright rudely
meanly unprofessionalism! if she was thought of
highly enough to have been made a section especially
for her, you’d think she’d be professionally
courteous enough to make it a point to visit
regularly to check if she has any inquiries in it or
not also, but that is not the case here as she was
here and decided to ignore it and instead answer
eve’s post about dehydrators, so lets get real here
now doug. to make excuses for her and blame me the
customer is even more rudely meanly
unprofessionalism on your part. whatever you or her
says in defense is just very weak excuses to say the
least…so very sadly disappointed to say the least.
goodbye and i wish you and her all the best
nevertheless

I’m not thinking anything is wrong with Alicia,
Star. Alicia doesn’t visit this site quite as often
as you do, it seems. I counsel patience, rather than
jumping to the conclusion that Alicia isn’t well.

directed at her and put it in her very own special
section and she has ignored it…..is she feeling
okay??? i hope she feels better very soon, please
send her my well wishes when you see/talk to her
again in regards to her feeling much better real
