Doug Graham is no longer on this board. I've always felt he
recommends too much food for most people. His recommendations
are really geared toward people who are athletically active every day
and most people aren't.

For a start the way you're eating at the moment you're including too
much fat and the wrong sorts of fats. There's no oils, cheese or fish
included in a fruit based diet. Bread is not included as well.

I'd recommend you concentrate on the juiciest fruits you can find.
Just eat one type on it's own at each meal and only eat enough till
you're comfortably full. Don't try and force more food in than your
stomach can comfortably handle. Also don't try and eat every 1 or 2
hours to try and match a certain amount. Just eat when you're
hungry which naturally should be every 3 to 4 hours.

I find Loren Lockman makes a lot of sense on his youtube videos.
You could learn a lot there.
