about this. This can be a big stain on his reputation, and frankly staying silent
implies guilt. If I'm saying it publicly, I would say it privately too. He needs to
talk about this. This is serious stuff.

My thoughts on part of Jeff's post:
Doug never did come forward on this forum here of vegsource to as Jeff says above "to answer questions on these issues, and in an open way." thus Doug can be viewed as a coward and thus as Jeff says above Doug's Silence implies Guilt.
Any sustance/back bone of a man would at least respond with an emphathetic apology on this forum in response, but it appears Doug has no 'backbone' as his ego is too inflated that he could do no wrong/make errors.
I personally would not want to be friends with a person of that thinking and Grant Campbell is no better and should let Doug talk for himself here on this forum.

I congratulate Jeff for the way he has handled this as Jeff definitely has a very strong backbone!
Jeff is correct in that this is Very Serious Stuff!
