Hi Temp, I've been trying this diet for 2 years, but not
in a 100% way. I am still having a cooked oat-meal in the
morning, as when time was cold during winter, I was not
able to eat cold fruits. I started this diet, because I
had gall bladder problems, and to tell the truth, I am
feeling great, and have optimal digestion now. If I
rarely eat a vegan cooked meal, I have stomach-ache, and
can't digest. As gall bladder patients are suggested to
eliminate fats, this diet was good for me till now. I'am
planning to eat something to get the iron and B12, like
eggs or sea-weeds, but if I eat these foods cooked, I
think B12 will be spoiled by cooking, won't it?
I had normal iron levels previously, when I was pregnant,
my level was 12 umol/L. Of course I went to the doctor's
to find out what was the problem with my gall bladder,
but they found nothing, and I still had the pain.
All yr suggestions were very useful, thanks: Jane
