>Can you imagine if it was Robb Wolf or any of
the paleo diet authors telling all us all that in
order to make the paleo diet work and just to be
safe we need vitamin b12, DHA, d2, iron, zinc and
all these supplements.

I don't need to imagine it. Most of them do
recommend supplements. the perfect health plan
for example. many of the paleo guys.

robb wolf on supplements

detail/supplements/robb-wolf-talks-supplements

do you want me to show you other articles where
Robb wolf talks about supplements and why we
should take them? or do you wish to modify your
position?

why don't you read this from chris kresser. it
directly contradicts your position and supports
my position. in fact he says exactly the same
thing from another perspective.

http://chriskresser.com/are-supplements-really-
necessary

>If a vegan diet was as powerful as they believe,
then why can't it even provide all the basic
essential nutrients we need to survive ?

1. tell me if you read the article that i posted.
yes or no.

2. tell me if you agree or disagree with the
premise - regarding b12, that it is an issue of
sterility and that the changing environment (we
don't live in the wild) caused the issue. just
say if you agree or disagree with that position.

>Maybe its darwins theory of weeding out the
nimrods because if vegans had tried these sort of
diets 200+ years ago when we didn't have all
these 21st century supplements like b12, then
they'd have been wiped out by their malnourished
vegan diets not sustaining our health.

Have you ever studied wild animals? any reports
of b12 deficiency? if you are not aware, quite a
few animals eat limited animal products, hence
lending support the the theory above.

>Standard vegan supplementation(b12, vitashined3
or d2, DHA etc)

Here is another place where i need clarification
from you, if you wish to engage in a
conversation. Are you claiming that the above
supplements are mandatory for vegans? are you
claiming that it is impossible for vegans to get
the above (or produce in the body)? simply state
your claim. Do not engage in statements like you
have above, where you draw a conclusion, but your
conclusion is based upon a false assumption.

>The answer is they can't. Which means there are
some very big issues with such diet. Not to
mention feeding your child a strict raw vegan
diet has shown to result in serious nutritional
deficiencies such as ricketts and eventually
death.

false. there was a young boy who went to the
fruit festival who was fine. raw vegan since
birth. many others are just fine. unless you are
claiming that no non vegan children die, then
your argument is invalid.
