what the nutrient focused people think:

report says copper can be too high, especially in vegans.

better eat meat - get more zinc!

what rubbish.

when the human body is not in a healthy state, there may be
many many nutrients that are either too high or too low.

trying to find and balance out all those nutrients is folly.

the answer is NOT to eat foods that contain that nutrient
that is low, nor is it to eat foods that contain the
balancing nutrient.

the answer is to get healthy by eating a proper raw diet.

all the scaremongers don't seem to be able to show a raw
eater with high copper symptoms, yet that is the message -
can't be raw, can't be vegan (because if i couldn't be raw or
vegan, then nobody else can! )

watch out, get enough magnesium! can be low on a raw diet!
boron! iodine! protein!
