>Eating some sushi or a fillet of fish because you
want too however is a different story Gary.

of course it's different, but never having any in a
year, or a decade means something. except it
apparently means nothing to you .. you seem unable
to discern quantitative differences in your zeal to
be the vegan police.

i have told you i was raw vegan for a decade.

you fail to explain where i got my zinc/dha/beta
carotene, etc.

you dismiss that and say "why couldn't you do it
longer"? even though you couldn't even do it for 5

you dismiss levi at 10 years of age who has never
had anything other than fruits/veg/nuts/seeds his
entire life.

he just told me in a personal note. if you want to
call him a liar, i'll tell him to expect your note.
where does he get his taurine and dha? there.
another question for you to ignore.

if you want to call dr wareham a liar, go ahead.

I have asked you several times, where you think all
these self proclaimed vegans get their zinc/iron/dha
etc and you never answer. you merely say, not long
enough, or i don't know what they're eating, or they
had sushi a couple times. in minor amounts it does
not impact nutritional status of the nutrients you
speak about.

then you note that kohler eats honey. and he's not
a vegan. honey will not provide all these nutrients
you claim are impossible to get from vegan foods.
and it clearly is an extremely minor part of his

studies on cooked vegans are irrelevant. most are
not healthy and eat grains which prevents mineral

so even if someone wanted to agree with you , what
you expect is for them to ignore all the self
proclaimed vegans, who, even if they are not 100%
their entire life, are often very close, and to
ignore the science that shows that dha and taurine
are produced in the body and zinc and other minerals
are available in plant foods.

I don't know why you expect anyone to take you

I do know, that since you are a junk cooked eater,
that the only thing you seem to have to offer is to
criticize others and repeatedly scream mindlessly,
but "where do you get your taurine, dha, etc"

the only reason i say 99%, is because i don't want
to be held to 100% raw/100% vegan as that is very
difficult to do even for those who are really trying
to do that. i say 99% to include any non raw things
that i may eat on occasion as well as the rare
animal food.

>Or dining out at cooked restaurants whilst boasting
about how raw you are on your youtube channel.

your statement above doesn't mean anything. it just
describes what he does. DR eats a lot of raw and he
eats out at restaurants. so what?

>Or i couldn't stay raw vegan for a simple 2 hour
flight, so i just had to eat the plane food and the
chicken sandwich back stage before giving my raw
vegan talk lol.

he shared some of the things that happened to him,
like tooth problems and how he had sushi. here the
guy is being honest, and you still need to
criticize, instead of commending him on his honesty,
and realizing that it is minor.

you must feel very insecure and impotent to spend
all this time and energy looking for contradictions
in other people and alleged hypocrisy and expecting
people to be perfect 100% of the time, while you eat
your junk food (presumably for the DHA and zinc?)

>Chicken and fish eating vegans ive heard it all
now, its ok though because its just a little bit of
animal foods.

when someone self identifies as a vegan.. what you
expect them to do is, from the time they were born,
until they die, to never have any animal products.
otherwise they cannot identify as a vegan. what do
you want them to say? it's awkward to have to say
I had sushi 5 years ago, but i am vegan for the past
5 years. the point is, by and large they are/have
been vegan.

yes, people have lied about being all raw and about
vegan. we all know this. we don't need you for
