Yes, extra extra clean when doing the rejuvalic. Keep it away from open windows and other people to minimise chance of contamination. Make sure hands and all glasses jars etc are spotless. Cover the container over with mesh and put a lid over the jar with just a little opening for air.

This is what l wrote yesterday on a site.

Fermented sprouted sunflower seeds -

- a unique source of vitamin K2
- one of the finest sources of full spectrum probiotics
- one of the finest sources of enzymes known to man
- one of the finest sources of anti oxidants
- one of the finest sources of minerals
- one of the very highest sources of B vitamins
- one of the highest sources of vitamin E

(this food is one of the star miracle foods on the plant world, ESPECIALLY when sprouted and fermented) - one of the true healing and feeding kings that perhaps no other fermented food can match, this food is the king of kings.

In the next day or two l do an exciting write up on getting high nutrient levels from ferments, sprouts, and alges. I also talk about bioavailability, nutrient synergy and many other exciting things.

When you ferment the mighty sunflower seeds you are getting one of the very finest foods possible. You think almond yogurt is better? No way, sprouted sunflower yogurt is the king!!!

And when you add flax grass to your cold pressed juices along with fenugreek and other sprouted greens you are almost home and hosed. AND when you do the sprouted chia it is game over!!!

Ferments only need to be done 3 - 4 days per week to get great results.

Sprout juices = maintain level of 16 oz. Much better to do 24 oz. Optimal imo to do 32 oz...makes you zoom to the top like superman and stay there all day.

Gina...l write many exciting things in the next few days. You know where it will be.

Gina...l eat like a King every day. You can eat like a Queen. Lou eats like a Prince. Many eat like junior servants (low draw dinner), but l say pthh with that and do the top draw dinners each and every day.
