I'm familiar with the crocks, including some that post on here, and if I
recall correctly they are provided with a couple of stones to weigh
the produce down. I remember you stating on here that something
you made went off and you had to throw it out. That's a worry for me
as being unfamiliar with the taste of fermented foods how would I
know if the batch I produced was ok.
