Yes, if you hear his lectures, he does advocate a vegan diet, but I think he won't criticize people for bee products.

I am not sure what cooked food he recommends, but I did tell you he once mentioned cooked bean soup (over fruit), because not all beans can be eaten raw and sprouted. Black beans can be sprouted very well, but I always have gotten sick eating them raw. I think the anti-nutrient is called agluttinin, which is destroyed by cooking. When you sprout them very well, they can be cooked very quickly. But black lentils can be eaten raw and sprouted.
