I really appreciate it.

I knew a vegan dentist that died in his early 70s from an aortic aneurysm. The last two years of his life, he was following 811rv after learning from Doug. I always wondered if his diet had something to do with it or wondered if his job played a role. He wouldn't eat 30 bananas a day, but more like 12 plus other fruit and salad, etc. He was a smaller man, on the thin side, so he didn't have a high caloric need. We will never know because he didn't see a doctor, thinking his health was superb. He was an animal rights activist. He also never retired, so he overworked himself, too. I think it's safe to say, though, that his 811 rv diet did not extend his life. He was a good vegan, taking his B12 and other supplements. He was just over confident and did not see a doctor.

This is my first veggie forum, so I appreciate hearing about the high trigylcerides prevalent among the extreme fruit eaters. There is nothing worse than seeing a problem and not knowing the remedy.
