Its always a breath of fresh air to talk diet with you sproutarian man, as i can count on you not acting like an aggressive animal lol.

Even after me critiquing parts of your diet and you doing the same to me, we can still remain mature about the topic and to each other, respect.

Yoyo-ing in weight from emaciation to normal, shows you that 80/10/10 isn't a healthy diet. Kristina again isn't the first to yoyo so dramatically in her appearance as a raw vegan, we've seen it from many of the supposed gurus. It really is reminiscent of an eating disorder.

I suspect these people are trying to eat raw vegan becoming emaciated/deficient/ill, then being forced to go back to eating cooked foods behind closed doors, they get back to a healthy weight/appearance then go raw vegan again. Before long there back on there videos emaciated again. Durianrider was the master of yoyo-ing in appearance, he would go from complete emaciation in one video to having a decent level of muscle mass. To be fair alot of his images were photoshop manipulated, but still drastic yoyo-ing.

About educating the pitfalls of vegan diets, i was saying in the other thread about Dr Greger, most vegan educators don't seem to dedicate much time at all to discussing the very serious common vegan nutritional pitfalls of the diet. They do however definitely spend alot of time arguing every mute point on why to remove animal foods from the diet, often with very silly logic or lack of science for doing so.

Yourself excluded of course. I think you are truly the first vegan in my 7+ years on the raw forums, that ive came across who can not only read the scientific research on the vegan pitfalls in context, but without intense personal bias or getting upset like most vegans seem too.

People forget i was a vegan myself for many years, yes i was cooked vegan for the most part, i still managed with the help of b12 supplements, D and zinc to stay strict vegan for longer than most of these forum fake vegan fantasists and jokers that brashly bash others on here without having tried the diet for a single day.
