Dear Temp,

I view Sproutarian's concerns about Kristina's blood results as constructive criticism because he still wants to keep her vegan. In the end, he might suggest more coconut to raise cholesterol. He might suggest more chia. But he is going to keep it vegan.

But you are coming from a different paradigm of animal foods. Animal foods carry immense risk of pathogens. Kristina has a lot of money, we hear, so she would be the last person to worry about, because she can always buy supplements to boost any deficiency.

Remember Kristina's diet cleared up her eyes. In iridology that means she cleared away immense toxicity out of her body. Many people fail to get to that level of cleaning by eating heavier diets. So clearly her organic juicing and organic fruits were able to clean her body out sufficiently. To me, this is very hard because most people cannot afford to do this consistently. Yet she was able. HOw easy it is to get some supplemental B-12 , vit d, etc. So easy. It's not easy to clean a body as well as she has!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the same time, people are bored to hear me say it, but in Chinese medicine, we try to balance out the five elements and for many people, the extreme sweetness that she consumes is not healthy. There are other less sweet options to cleanse the body. I am not criticizing her for healing her body, but her sweet diet is not going to work for a lot of people. People can follow her example in doing a cleanse and choose less sweet options. An easy way is to add bitter and sour garden greens to very sweet fruits. At the same time, I do believe Sproutarian's and Lou Corona's (and Ann Wigmore's) ideas will in no way impact a cleanse, because their living foods are easy to digest.
