For starters both Vitamin B12 and D are considered basic essential nutrients. Not to mention the essential fatty acid DHA which was noted in the post.

This has nothing to do with conditionally essential amino acids, but even then taurine has been found to be a common vegan deficiency according to studies.

It amazes me that you call me dense, but then again you are eating a diet free of vitamin B12 and so many other essential nutrients, so it has probably rotted your nervous system out from deficiency.

Seek help from a nutritional professional, as your information is giving your students like fully raw Kristina increased blood fat triglyceride levels, which increases the risk of developing heart disease and stroke 4 fold.

If your diet advice is so bad that your developing high blood fat levels on an all plant based diet, your doing something majorly wrong. Sounds like you dont have a clue about this diet thing John.
