No, it is a completely different type of feeling. I can live off distilled water all day and feel fine. Eating high sugar store bought fruit is never a good idea for me. Even worse is the ultimate rubbish bought bananas.

Like what Lou, DR Cousens and Dr Clement say...eating the high sugar fruits is best to keep in STRICT MODERATION!!! Some people seem to be able to get away with it, but not a good idea imo. A few bits of fruit per day ideally.

High sugar fruits also appears to dull my mind. I am quite observant of foods on my mind and body, and it makes me think that maybe the idea of excessive fructose leading to brain inflammation on the glia cells possibly being true.

Once l get off the rubbish food (store bought fruit) l function like a champ (high mental functioning), but when l eat rubbish (food that looks like real food but ISN' bought fruit) l don't function as well mentally or physically.

I can read the effects of food on my mind intimately, my consciousness is quite high. All plants have different effects on me. I do feel the high sugar component of fruit makes this a big problem. I really need to study deper on sugars and brain inflammation...something does seem to be going on here.

Developing consciousness is very important for raw fooders. SAD eaters have little consciousness, raw fooders have slightly more, but it is important to develop high consciousness so we can really choose what works best for us. Developing a very intimate connection with everything around you is not so common, but it is our special power we can develop when our time comes.
