When I said try a formula, I didn't mean 8 bottles, I meant more like one dose. If the echninacea is potent in the formula, your tongue will tingle and so will your mouth. That is when you know it is good. So, then you know it is a good bottle.

You are being really vague. Do you have hayfever or dust allergies? You are suggesting you had a really chronic problem, not like a cold or sinusitis. Echinacea and horseradish are good for acute sinus problems like a cold. But for chronic problems like hayfever: kidney, adrenal and essence tonics should be taken. At least that is what I have given people with allergies in addition to sinus herbs and it has worked so far.

Horseradish is not meant to be taken in such big amounts that it hurts your stomach. A small amount grated and chewed is fine. It doesn't have to be swallowed. Horseradish can only penetrate the sinuses but it can't tonify the kidneys and adrenals. It can only be palliative in tiny doses. If the problem persists, something else is needed. It's just like there are so many antibiotic herbs. One doesn't need to take so much garlic that one gets a stomach ache. One should never take herbs to the point of getting a stomachache. that is an overdose. That is a wrong approach.
