One formula for sinuses that I can recommend is Dr. Schulze's echinacea plus formula. It has echinacea root plus seed and even pressed root juice. I once juiced fresh echinacea root in my juicer and it took all night but the result was amazing. So, his is expensive but worth it. Also japanese wasabi is nice for sinuses and fresh american horseradish root. The Chinese Cang Er zi san is amazing too.

Any product must be tried. It is hard to decide just from a label.

As Dr. schulze explains, many products on the market are made very wimpy and are useless. That is why it is sometimes better to buy the dried organic herbs (or fresh if available) oneself and make one's own formula.
