Some vegans are highly sucessful without greens, but for a mere mortal like myself greens are the cornerstone of the diet, not just any greens, but sprouted greens because they have the top power. Garden vegetable greens will never do because the lack the power of the sprouts.

I feel it may be the enzymes in the sprouts which give the power, because how does it explain how the broccoli vegetable is more impressive with vitamins and minerals compared with alfalfa sprouts but doesn't have near the power of alfalfa? Could also be the phytochemicals and chlorophyl in the green can be really sure.

Green vegetables = level 1
Green weeds = level 2
Green non microgreen sprouts = level 3
Green microgreen sprouts = level 4
Grasses = level 5

(levels are in terms of energy given off and general feed good factors).

Grass does not even look nutritious on paper, but there is something in that which makes it the king of greens.
