For the record, I do not endorse everything of Lou Corona.

I personally drink distilled spring water. I distill my own water into a glass jug with almost no air opening, so the pH stays about 7.0. I do not agree with him when he calls distilled water acidic. I have a pH tester and I have found that after distilled water is fresh it is 7.0 but when exposed to air after an hour or so, the pH drops to 6.9 or 6.8, hence one can call distilled water "acidic" but that is only because the air made it acidic. Keep the air out and it stays neutral. I explained this to him, so perhaps he no longer says this about distilled water. But it's true if you buy stale water.

I do not endorse Kangen, neither do I discredit it. I talked with the main company and I found that it is medically prescribed in Japan for true hyper acidic stomach, which makes sense, as all of allopathic medicine uses machines or drugs and not food for medicine. It has its prescribed use.

I personally am scared of drinking it long-term. But I have met people who sing its praises. Everyone uses the best tools they know of within their knowledge and resource base.
