>>>I'm not even convinced about tree ripened
fruit any more.
TSM. In Vancouver where I lived many years ago
there were an abundance of trees in peoples open
front yards - apples, pears. nectarines, plums,
etc where you could eat as much fruit as you
liked, and still it didn't satisfy most people.
After eating all the fruit they would get stuck
into the nuts and dried fruit - not because they
hadn't eaten enough, but because the fruit just
didn't satisfy them.

two things required to be "satisfied"
clean body and some greens.
likely those people had neither or were missing
one.

>Here is something interesting. Why if the 2 ''
frugivore poster boys '' - the chimpanzees and
the Bonobos live in the tropics and have 100%
natural fruit that hasn't been tampered with do
they still hunt and kill small animals to eat?
YOU can't blame their ' downfall ' for eating
cooked food as there are no stoves in the dense
forests of Africa. Is there something in their
diet that doesn't satisfy them 100% and they need
some extra solid food to keep them satiated?

1. they have no illusions about being vegan.
2. it serves a social purpose

>The gorilla doesn't fit into the high fruit raw
paradigm because they eat mostly greenery of one
sort or another so the gorilla is ignored, but
the gorilla doesn't hunt down small prey to kill
and eat.

gorillas, when fruit is available, eat a lot of
fruit.

and they are not as good as climbing which may
explain the meat thing.

the garlic rationale is not about making a meal
it's about the effect on the body.

seems that if a diet doesn't work for someone
then that person thinks the diet is deficient.

and if a diet does work then that person thinks
the diet is not deficient.

But the thing is, the person that the diet works
for proves the concept. the person that it
doesn't work for proves that some conditions are
required for success.

it doesn't matter how many people do or don't do
well.

and what you think of as the "majority" of people
not doing well is just a thought in your head.

and even if true it may have more to do with
addiction and availability and social reasons
than nutritional.

but since you didn't do well, you apparently,
like all others, have a need to make it a
nutritional deficiency issue.
