All l can go on is what the science is saying. According to abundant literature in peer reviewed medical journals some of the major causes of dozens of different diseases are now thought to be excessive inflammation and oxidative stress.

What do you think creates disease?

cousens and clement are pseudo scientists.

They do have that element to them, very true, but they also read the medical literature and use some good mainstream science. Not a good idea to write them off completely imo.

Who are some raw fooder leaders who have credibility in your opinion...people who don't use pseudo science?
