I saw posts that simply said you were eating too many calories.

Calm down Jennifer.

This is my honest opinion. Mike Arnstein said that raw fruit calories is not wholly absorbable, so a person may only absorb 40 calories instead of 80 calories from an apple. So he was recommending to eat more fruit to maintain one's weight. So whether some stay skinny on masses of fruit or others gain weight on too much all comes down to digestion and absorption. Clearly those who are eating excess calories and staying skinny are either burning everything off or not absorbing them.

Maybe you are absorbing more than others.

Simply science says to lose weight, eat less calories.

People have different metabolisms, different levels of thyroid health, different digestive capacities. Obviously, you are eating more than you need.

Nobody wants empty calories. Choose foods that are richer in minerals and vitamins and drop the foods with the least nutrients but higher calories. My two cents.

If you are being honest, then go back and read everyone's recommendations.
