Informative post.
It's not that I generally wish to follow high fruit, I wish to follow a diet
that gives me energy and works. Part of me thinks that maybe what I
went through was an adjustment period, but then I read testimonials
from those who couldn't do well on high fruit. But then I think - like
me, maybe they didn't give it enough time? But it's hard to settle for
deep depression and just live through it...and knowing I potentially
don't need to live through that. How do you know a diet is really
working for you?
I just want something that will make me thrive and I'm willing to try
out whatever it takes...as long as it is sustainable of course.

I went on the 30BAD forum and told them my symptoms and I just
got answers like "b12 deficiency" or "emotional detox" if it's emotions
coming to the surface then why would I feel better after taking an
adaptogenic mineral rich herb? It's not like I suppressed the
symptoms with a food or something.
I personally find a lot of members of that forum to be a bit close-
minded..they tend to shut people down easily and just have cop out
answers like "you're just under carbed/not enough water/sleep" etc
which is legitimate and all but I feel like no one wants to consider
that maybe we are born with different constitutions... it is wonderful
that 801010 has worked for so many and they are passionate about
it, but I feel like we sort of need to come to a place where it's less
cut-throat and black and white and really be more considerate about
individuality. It's human nature I guess, we will probably always
segregate ourselves in such a way.
Enough babbling, thanks for your help haha
