He recommends a raw vegan Living foods cultured diet.

FOr nuts and seeds, they should be soaked and sprouted and then cultured. He doesn't say all nuts must be cultured, but most of the time, yes. He does recommend taking digestive enzymes daily, so for the nuts that are sprouted but not cultured, he would expect his students to take digestive enzymes, of course. How much to take depends on one's needs, roughly 1-2 cups of seed/nut yogurt for the average person.

He does recommend taking supplements like tocotrienols, raw vegan protein powder, raw herbs, etc.

He is heavy into recommending vegetable juices and smoothies with an emphasis on berries, not a bunch of sweet fruit. He is not against fruit like Brian CLement, but he does not recommend a high fruit diet. But he is also really reasonable. He once went on a watermelon fast, so nothing he says he means as absolute.

He takes 20 enzymes daily, as does Brian Clement.

I guess you could say his main calorie source is nut/seed yogurt but keep in mind he uses young coconuts which are high in carbs, but he eats big salads, berry smoothies, a ton of greens via juice and the restaurant he eats at sprouts and cultures the raw rice, so that is another calorie source.

In one video, he is in Costa Rica and drinking fresh pressed cane juice at a farmer's market. Just showing that he is down to earth and not rigid

Anyway, he emphasizes LIVING food and not just raw and inert food.
