sorry for leaving the discussion for a bit.
My depression was getting pretty bad, I decided to take some shilajit
and my anxiety and depression lifted almost instantly...I started to
feel peaceful again and loving so that signalled to me that something
is missing from my diet.
My body obviously doesn't like so much fruit. I want to believe that
my body is just adjusting, but shouldn't an optimal diet make you
feel at peace and at least a bit better? No one should wake up and go
to sleep so sad...I don't know, part of me wants to give it a chance
but I just don't respond well. I followed 801010 so diligently. It
saddens me that I can't be a success story, somebody who responded
to the diet well and someone who could inspire others...I want to be
that success story.

I'm thinking of cutting out sugars completely and really focus on
herbalism, kefirs and fermented foods...I know that sounds
nightmareish to the dogmatic but I'm at a point where I really want to
tune in and find a way of eating that WORKS. Not to say that
carbohydrates don't have their place, but right now clearly it doesn't
work for me...what do you guys think?
