I have recently changed my diet as an experiment.

Used to do:
- lots of sprouted greens
- distilled water (a nutritious diet puts back any
leached minerals)
- good levels of sprouted seeds (occasional
fermented nuts)
- algaes
- seaweeds
- sprouted legumes
- fermented sprouted grains
- no added oils or salt

Currently doing:
- lots of sprouted greens
- lots of sprouted seeds with BIG emphasis on omega
3's to bring ratio of 6's - 3's at 1:1 and high fat
(very rare to do this)
- fermented nuts in evenings with poor nut
combinations to keep protein lower, and use
fermentation to break down protein and fat levels
into free flowing fatty acids and amino acids and to
increase organic acids an, nutrient bioavailability
and gross vitamin and enzyme levels
- various algaes
- various seaweeds
- distilled water
- some added salt
- some added saturated fat via coconut oil to raise
cholesterol levels

We will see how the experiment goes.

The cornerstones to a high level vegan diet imo are:

- high levels of fatty acids with a good balance of
omega 3's - 6's at 1:1 ratio
- lots of green juices (critical)
- ferments high in lipase, amylase and protease
(critical...it is the golden star of ferments to
increasing body functioning that plane raw foods can
not do...brings us to our true potential in a toxic
world where we have lost our original body
functioning)
- sprouted seeds (critical)
- saturated fat (critical to use as a converter tool
for EPA/DHA and cholesterol increaser)
- having enough sodium

Also a weekly fermented sprouted sunflower yogurt to
bring in vitamin K2. Could well help against tooth
decay and a host of other things.

We also need to bring in certain foods to create a
harmonic synergy in the diet, because remember, when
we take out meat we leave a big gap that needs to be
filled.

Is all of this necessary for everyone? Probably not,
but lets have a really solid scientific base to go
on and lets have a solid diet as a backup for people
who fail to thrive on vegan diets.

If people fail to stay raw, l say...lets bring out
all the big guns...do 50% of this and if you still
fail...do it all!!!

I always approach things from a harmonic balance
approach. This means = synergy in the meal,
increasing bioavailability of nutrients, chelating
and dealing with toxins, maximising wide spectrum
nutrition (not just vitamins and minerals) etc.

This is raw food 505 stuff...this is the new wave of
diet teaching. Most raw leaders teach raw food 101,
and that is why most vegans will nearly always fail
when they follow most ideas promoted. The raw food
101 teachings are FULL of holes and make absolutely
NO dense.

Gabriel Coisens is on the right track, he is a star.
Lou Corona is on the right track. Brian Clement is
kind of on the right track. The fatty acids, the
ferments, the fresh food, the synergy....all needed.
All l am doing is improving on what Gabriel, Lou and
Dr Brian teach and give scientific and common sense
explanations as to exactly why l do things certain
ways. Everything l do in the diet is NOT by
accident...every single combination, food and thing
l do serves a specific purpose.
