Yes Gina, the medical literature does clearly
discuss a link between low cholesterol and serotonin
and hormone functioning.

Studies go further to give associations between low
cholesterol and depression/suicide, BUT...notice how
l used the word associations. A bunch of studies
have shown an association, but recently some studies
have shown no association. BUT...what we do know is
that cholesterol IS important for adequate brain
functioning.

See...l give a balanced idea and have no agenda.
Western Price Foundation gives a bias perspective,
Gabriel Coisens gives an unbalanced perspective, but
l tell you straight down the line what the research
is saying and keep bias reporting away. I have no
agenda except to tell the truth. See...people report
studies in bias ways, but if you read long enough
and you can pick the people who stretch the truth
from a mile away.
