to ask a bunch of questions to get a more clear
idea, but you have already given me good info.

Doesn't sound like the macro nutrient ratio or diet
is right for you. You seem to be like many people
who will probably do better on more seeds (protein
and fat) and less carb.

Btw...depression can be linked to many things.
Another factor could be very low total cholesterol
because that is linked to depression and cognitive
decline due to various brain mechanisms being
directly linked to cholesterol.

The low fat low cholesterol diet promotors have a
lot to answer for with unproven their garbage ideas,
and l have exposed these deluded scammers with
numerous strong peer reviewed science. The drug and
food industry first started the data manipulation to
support low fat to give rise to a whole knew market
in fat/cholesterol lowering drugs and new food
products with low fat (a big market to push in a
society of higher fat and cholesterol, so money to
be made), the results are proving a disaster and
most doctors have fallen for the scam because they
are too lazy to read the medical literature so they
just follow advice of the drug industry. This scam
isn't just a conspiracy theory, even the medical
profession have mentioned it in numerous peer
reviewed journals and the secret is well known among
some of the doctors and scientists, BUT don't expect
the mainstream media or general public to know about
it because the scam is kept well under raps by
lobbyists/information controllers.

Now this blatant diseased thinking has inflicted the
vegan community and people are so low fat that they
hardly have enough fatty acids and cholesterol to
run the brain effectively. We are now seeing some
vegans hit hard by this low fat dogma via depression
and mental decline.

You think l am making this up? Nope..l have the
studies to prove it, and l will and am exposing all
the `so called' low fat experts of the vegan world
with solid peer reviewed science because those guys
are NOT telling us the full story by a long shot.
There are so many big studies which contradict the
low fat idea that these `so called' low fat experts
can no longer go around saying what they are because
the associations they make are NOT proven, and now
vegans are in a position like this where they are
lucky to be getting enough fatty acids and
cholesterol to effectively run the brain.

Also note...Dr Doug is from the raw food 101
school...doesn't take into account many many things,
that why most will fail on his diet. He approaches
it like humans are robots.

I have had enough of the nonsense and brainwashing
in the vegan community, and l have been exposing it
with solid science which clearly questions the
dubious ideas put onto us. Some people have seen my
stuff, and one thing we all can agree on is that
these `so called' experts can no longer go around
saying what they are saying because the evidence is
simply not there to support what they say.

I can now come out saying this stuff because l have
read hundreds of peer reviewed studies which talk
for and against low fat, and l am well aware of the
lies being told and what studies the experts REFUSE
to bring up and what parts of the studies they
deliberately keep quiet so they can push their
agendas. They are NOT telling you the full story,
but l am going to, and l will back absolutely
everything up so the scam can no longer be denied. I
have already given good clues in some of my writings
in other places.
