Subject:         Why am I getting depressed on 80 10 10?

Hi everyone.
I've been on 80/10/10 for a month. Mainly on banana island. I will snack on
other fruits here and there but my main source of fuel has been coming from
bananas. I'll mix in greens with my bananas sometimes. I hydrate well and no I
haven't cheated at all. I've been really diligent because I really want to get well.

My symptoms of depression has skyrocketed. I haven't cried so much in my life.
When I eat the symptoms get worse and I get really tired. I'm always spacey,
don't feel "real"/feel like I'm dreaming and I can't concentrate. Like I said this
gets worse when I eat. I might wake up feeling okay but I know once I eat my
day will turn to poop. Mostly I've been waking up sad though. The only reason
I've been sticking to this is the fact that my bloating is getting a bit better and I
had only a couple good days where my energy stayed steady and I wasn't an
emotional wreck.

What gives? Has anybody experienced the same? I'm weary of "emotional detox"
because I've been on juice feasts before and I've never experienced this. Curious
to see what you guys have to say.
