Have you ever tried an 80 10 10 raw diet for an extended period of time? Just curious because I followed a sprout, green juice and higher fat diet following clements advice before I even heard of 80 10 10 or any fruit based diet. I lost 60 pounds in two months and cleared a lot of health problems but I tried to keep eating that way and could not sustain at all due to a lack of energy. After eventually making the switch to 80 10 10 I had my energy restored as well as a general feeling of greatness that I never experienced in my life. I have since then experimented with adding sprouts/fermented foods and increasing fats but it always seems to either mess up my digestion or make me loose my energy. A lot of people who started raw vegan on 30 bad back in the day where in the same shoes as me that why they tried the 80 10 10 to begin with. I'm not trying to put your diet down at all and am glad it is working for you. I also don't just dismiss clements info anymore even though I don't follow it. I think if I ended up doing blood tests and using supps to fill in nutrient gaps I would defly take his advice. I was more just curious if you ever tried eating more fruit or just avoided it completely because he says to moderate fruit.
