Thankyou for the written commentary DDcass and Gina, l really enjoyed reading them.

I have listened to many raw food speakers over the years, but most raw food speakers bore me very easily. A few speakers always grab my attention. The people l LOVE listening to are:

1. Viktoras Kulvinskas. The best speaker l have ever heard. He gives the big picture that few ever do...living foods, ferments and enlightenment. He is very big on the spiritual and sets the dream by talking about human potential. He is very passionate and unique.

2. Dr Brian Clement. I LOVE every talk this man has ever done. I have spent hundreds of hours listening to this man and love everything. The tone of voice, the info etc get me in. I have heard almost everything of his ever put online. My favourite treat is to put him on loud speaker and listen to him for days without sleep every few months. If l miss 5 seconds of what he says l will rewind the part and listen to it again. I don't want to miss one single word of what he says. I have taken many notes from his talks also. Bravo Dr Brian, we love you. The diet and lifestyle he promotes gets the highest respect possible from me...he is at the top of the diet mountain and no-one comes close imo. He is also open minded enough to promote high quality supplements for those people who need them.

3. I am a strong opponent of Dr David Jubb's ideas, but l still like to listen to him. I like the man and he was very influencial on me coming out to the public with my own ideas on diet.

4. Dr Russell Blaylock. Not a raw fooder, but l love what this man has to say.

5. Sproutman. He is o.k sometimes, especially in the last year or two.
