If you look at the nutrient content of modern fruit, isn't it higher than most other foods?
One modern mango has 5 grams, a banana has like 3 grams. Thats pretty high. How can he say all the fiber is taken out?

If you look at most tropical fruit that is not hybid from modern methods they are still prety soft and not chock full of fiber. Just because most mango varieties where fiberous and david wolf found one wild banana variety to be unedible does NOT mean all fuit from the past was fiberous. Go to fruitipedia and research the hundreds of varieties of fruit throughout the world, sure some are more fibrous but not most. And even the fruit modernized is still very high in fiber.
