Great question, and l look forward to reading many answers here.

Please note, the most influencial books on me are the old books of Ann Wigmore and Viktoras Kulvinskas, BUT the best books l have read are:

1. Food IS Medicine Vol 1 - Dr Brian Clement

2. Food IS medicine Vol 2 - Dr Brian Clement

3. Killer Fish - Dr Brian Clement

4. Supplements Exposed - Dr Brian Clement

5. Killer Clothes - Dr Brian Clement

The first two books would bore 99.9% of people because they are big books that only have medical studies with lots of funny and difficult looking words and symbols. To get a handle on these books you must spend background time learning the words and symbols and widely reading the literature to put everything into context.

Note: I ONLY read books that are fully referenced by scientific studies. I have no time for theories or opinions, health books need to be strongly based on medical science, and l will look up every single reference, study them and think about them in great detail. Personally l would burn most health books because l don't think they are worth the paper they are written on.

Killer Fish - refers to studies showing how fish oils etc elevate mercury and heavy metal levels in people and how the lipid peroxides contribute to cancer, lower fertility, heart disease etc. Yes, fish and it's oils are a killer.

Supplements exposed = a highly dubious industry. Yes, most certified organic packaged foods are full of petrochemicals, terpentine etc.

Killer Clothes = most clothes available in shops are killing people, it is that simple. The book is well refenced too.
