Also, I didn't need enemas or colonics when I did a
60-day juice fast before. In fact, I still had
bowel movements although obviously less than when I
was eating.

Secondly, I am not sure why True North offers both
but I'll venture an educated guess and say it's
probably because some can't do a water fast due to
being so depleted or some are too fearful of doing
a water only fast and so they have an alternative
to give them.

I had no problem restarting my bowels after a juice
fast. Even after 60 days.
