Yes, l read the posts by Salty and he makes many good statements and uses good common sense.

And yes, we can utilise inorganic minerals because the medical literature clearly states this. Unfortunately many raw food leaders don't widely read the literature so they are still ignorant of this fact and remain in the imaginery world of pseudoscience.

People forget that we have stomach acid, intestinal bactera and various other things which can help absorb inorganic minerals. These minerals won't be absorbed as well as organic minerals, none-the-less the inorganic minberals are still absorbed.
