I don't feel there is any need to add in
"supplemental sodium" as one can get all the RDA
and in fact more than what is required through raw
veggies juices using carrots, celery, chard, beets
and other high-sodium veggies. That way, we aren't
getting too much chloride.

AND you also get all the day's calcium you need
from carrot juice too.

In fact, you get ALL the RDA's from about 30-40
carrots a day juiced with the exception of selenium
(eat one brazil nut), Omega 3 to 6 ratio not as
optimal (have some chia or walnuts).

It really is the "perfect food".
